Lead the Growth of Data Center and Commercial Development in Texas

We are seeking a dynamic leader to oversee and expand our Dallas, Texas, office. This is a key leadership role for someone with deep knowledge of the Texas market, a proven ability to deliver high-quality projects, and a strategic mindset to grow and scale a thriving business unit. You will guide the successful delivery of ongoing projects while driving new opportunities and partnerships to support the company's growth trajectory in the region.
Primary Responsibilities
- Strategic Market Growth: Expand the company's presence in the Texas market, building relationships and identifying opportunities for new data center and commercial developments.
- Project Leadership: Oversee the full lifecycle of development and construction projects, ensuring timely and cost-efficient execution.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the face of the Dallas office, fostering strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and public agencies.
- Team Development: Build and lead a high-performing local team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market demands.
- Operational Excellence: Leverage local insights to optimize project delivery, from budgeting and scheduling to regulatory compliance.
- Sustainability and Innovation: Drive energy-efficient and sustainable practices, enhancing project outcomes and ensuring alignment with industry certifications like LEED.
- Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities, leveraging your knowledge of the Texas market and existing client network.
Qualifications and Skills
- Local Expertise: Strong understanding of the Texas real estate and construction market, with proven connections in the Dallas area.
- Leadership Acumen: Demonstrated success in managing large-scale construction and development projects, particularly in data centers and commercial properties.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to develop and execute growth strategies to scale operations and expand the company's footprint in Texas.
- Construction Mastery: Deep technical knowledge of mission-critical infrastructure and commercial building systems.
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, real estate, engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in construction and development, with a strong focus on data centers and commercial projects.
